Sarah is the legal affairs correspondent and former night editor for The Jerusalem Post. She split her childhood between Israel and the US, granting her a deep understanding of both communities. Indictment filed against Chaim Rotter for severe acts of sexual assault

Indictment against accused sex offender Chaim Rotter expected Sunday

The case against him consists of 15 different accusations. Soon after his arrest, a special task force was created to manage the case, and his arrest was periodically extended to keep him detained.
