Brazilian chef David Hertz is using food to bring about social change
Over the past 20 years, Brazilian-Jewish chef David Hertz has created a cooking school, Gastromotiva, to help underprivileged Brazilians learn a trade and assist Brazil's most vulnerable citizens.
