Netanyahu ignored Abbas's request to lead fight against Arab crime

Mansour Abbas, head of the Ra'am Party, offered to help fight Arab sector crime, but Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu ignored his request, as crime rates continue to skyrocket.
